Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your order must have an item defect or error. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not provide refunds for minor damage that does not interfere with reading: in fact, imported books often suffer damage and we are not liable for this.

It is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been prepared, packaged and processed.
We do not accept returns on our Perfumes.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost, paypal/or Stripe goods and services fee will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@maktabaasalihat.com
Shipping
To return a product, it is your responsibility to contact us first via the following email address: contact@maktabaasalihat.com . We will inform you whether or not the return has been approved and we will send you the shipping address.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For foreign countries: customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, they are therefore non-refundable.

ALL ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER WILL NOT BE RECOVERED OR REFUNDED.
Please collect your orders from the relay point within the indicated time (8 days), we are not responsible for returns to the sender and we are not responsible for this. We will not take into account any complaints and no refund will be possible.
